Selamed BC Pro is committed to providing high-quality, live, instructor-led online education. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are accepted up to 3 days before the scheduled start date of a live course.

• No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 3 days before the course begins or after the course has started.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Enrollment fees for courses that have already started

• Fees for missed sessions or non-attendance

• Downloaded materials and access credentials

• Courses purchased as part of a promotional bundle or discounted offer

3. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by Selamed BC Pro

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Selamed BC Pro, you will be offered one of the following options:

• A full refund, or

• Enrollment in a future session of the same course at no additional cost

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@selamedbcpro.com with the following:

• Your full name

• The email address used during registration

• The course title

• Your reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
