She is currently pursuing further education in healthcare administration and policy, with a mission to advance healthcare practices and fill critical information’s gaps. Her vision is one of continuous learning, personal evolution, and creating a lasting impact through education and service.
A Board-certified RHIT (Registered Health Information technician) with a background in health information management, medical record, and medical billing and coding. She is currently works as a Patient Finance Representative, driven by her passion for bridging gaps in healthcare.
Inspired by nature and transformative teachings, Selam reflects on love, resilience, and growth in her writing, symbolized by her children as a lotus flower and herself as a phoenix, representing their shared strength and transformation.
